If you don’t like the product you have purchased, providing it hasn’t been used, damaged, washed and has all of it’s labels attached, we will happily refund you up to 30 days after your purchase. You will be required to complete the returns form – please email email@example.com for the form and postage is at your own cost and should be posted to the address stated on the returns form.
Faulty Product Return
We hope this doesn’t happen, but in the rare occasion it does, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the faulty item and we will organise for postage to return the item to us.
